Picking Up Pottery You Made at a Mud Lily Event

  • It takes about 4 weeks for your pottery to go through the glazing and firing process.

  • 4 weeks after your event, you should receive an email from us letting you know that your pottery is ready to be picked up.

  • If you have not received a “time to pick up your pottery” email from us and it has been 4 weeks or more, send an email to studioassistant@mudlilyclay.com to make sure it’s ready.

  • If you found a “last chance to pick up your pottery” email in your inbox and you’re wondering if it’s still around, we’ll hold on to your creation for two months after sending that email. :)

  • Completed pottery can be picked up during any of our open hours:

    • Saturday 10:30-1:30 and during scheduled workshops

    • Sunday 10:30-1:30

    • Tuesday-Thursday 10:30-1:30 and 6-9pm

    • Friday during scheduled workshops

  • When you arrive to pick up your pottery, head straight back until you see the staircase filled with packages. Completed pottery is bagged and labeled with the event date and participant’s name.

  • You’re welcome to grab your pottery yourself. If you cannot find it or need additional assistance, let us know.
