Rescheduling and Cancellations

One-time workshops may be canceled for a full refund (minus a $5 transaction fee) no later than 5 days prior to the event. Our “Start Here” series may be canceled for a full refund (minus a $20 transaction fee) no later than 5 days prior to the event. Rescheduling is not allowed for workshops or Start Here. Instead, you may self-cancel your booking through the link in your confirmation email and re-purchase an open date. Uncanceled appointments will not be refunded and will be charged an additional $25 no-show fee.

Ongoing classes and independent studio sessions are non-refundable and must be used before their expiration date—they do not roll over. Your account will be credited for sessions that are canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before appointment time as long as your pack/pass has not expired. We reserve the right to charge a $10 fee for multiple late cancellations and/or no shows.

Private events are non refundable and require 48 hours advanced notice to reschedule.

*If Mud Lily needs to cancel an event that you have booked, you can choose to receive a full refund back to your original form of payment or we will issue you a credit that you can use to book a future event.
